Returns and Refund Policy

Little Gifts and Things wants you to enjoy your purchase and be happy with it. If, however, you are not, items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please see below.

Please email us at: enquiries@littlegiftsandthings.co.uk to let us know you would like to return your purchase.

All returns should be unworn and undamaged and in their original condition. Original condition means items must have labels attached, be unused with no marks, scent or damage and in a resalable condition. Please be careful when trying on clothing that you are not wearing any makeup, hair products, fragrance, deodorant or other creams that may mark or damage the product or jewellery that may snag & damage the garment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 days of receipt.

Please note all returns must be made at your own cost and we recommend using a standard signed for service and keep a receipt as proof of postage as we take no responsibility for goods lost in transit, please make sure your package is secure & labelled correctly and where possible use original packaging.

Please note: All garments are checked before they are dispatched, but on the rare occasion a fault is found, please inform us immediately by email: enquiries@littlegiftsandthings.co.uk  and we would appreciate a photo, so we can quickly resolve the matter.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Damaged items must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by email to enquiries@littlegiftsandthings.co.uk Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Delivery costs will only be refunded by Little Gifts and Things if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc). Refunds will only be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation email will be sent advising the refund amount. We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.

Should you wish to return an item you must contact us by email at enquiries@littlegiftsandthings.co.uk in the first instance. We cannot accept returns unless you have previously contacted us by email.

We recommend returning the goods by registered insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Returns are to be addressed to Little Gifts and Things, Penk House, Water Eaton Lane, Penkridge, Stafford, ST19 5QE.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch but you need to contact us as soon as possible to enable the best chance of cancelling an order before it has left our premises. To cancel your order please email us at enquiries@littlegiftsandthings.co.uk or call us on 07775 588069 or 07752 870060. Your cancellation will be confirmed by email.
